The Clever Champion program is exclusively open to MMEM branches who have been asked by Clevertronics to participate.

The Clever Champion program will run for an indefinite period of time. Clevertroncis will contact you directly of any updates or changes to the program period. 

Only Clever Champions nominated by Clevertronics can earn points from the program, however, please use the program as a tool to incentivise your wider branch to participate.

Each module should take no longer than 15 minutes per month to complete. There are also extra initiatives you can undertake in your branch at your own pace. 

No, only points earned through the Clever Champion program (by completing modules and extra initiatives) can be used to redeem prizes on the Clever Hub. 

No, Clever Hub points will not expire unless the program is discontinued. 

Any participants who leaves their employment during the course of the program should notify their Clevertronics Account Manager as soon as possible. Your points may be terminated unless Clevertronics approves the transfer of points to an alternative participant. 

After submitting an extra initiative activity through the JotForm on the Cleverhub, your Clevertronics BDM will review the submission. If approved, points will be added to your profile. If declined, your Clevertronics BDM will reach out to explain the reason.
